Programming

Built around how much (or little) you want to do

Every wellness escape is tailored, but three programming frameworks come up most often for women's groups. Pick one as a starting point, or mix elements from each, Stacy's team will shape the real itinerary once your group's dates and pace are confirmed.

3 Day

Recharge

A shorter reset for groups short on time: daily movement, one spa ritual per person and unstructured pool days in between, minimal itinerary, maximum rest.

4 Day

Fitness & Fun

A more active framework built around HIIT, boxing or personal training sessions alongside beach club days, cultural excursions and a sunset dinner together as a group.

5 Day

Wellness

The full programme: daily yoga and meditation, sound healing or breathwork, spa treatments, a Balinese blessing ceremony and healthy meal plans across the whole stay.

These are example frameworks, not fixed packages. Every escape is rebuilt around your group's actual dates, budget and energy levels.

Frequently asked questions

The practical detail, answered up front. Source: ultimatebaliescapes.com FAQs — anything trip-specific, ask Stacy's team directly.

Do you charge a fee to plan our wellness escape?

None. We're paid by our partners, not our customers, which means we have access to the best rates and offers.

When's the best season to book a wellness retreat in Bali?

High season covers the school holidays (Easter, July/August/September) and Chinese New Year, and peak season refers to the Christmas/New Year period. Villas are best secured 3 to 6 months ahead for peak season.

How do we pay?

Bank transfers in AUD or USD are accepted. Credit card payments via Visa or Mastercard incur an additional 2% fee.

Should we get travel insurance?

Yes, we strongly recommend making sure you have the appropriate insurance in place before travelling to Bali, particularly with spa, fitness and adventure activities on the itinerary.

Do we need to bring Indonesian currency?

ATMs and currency changers are available throughout Bali. A physical bank card is recommended, since contactless payment isn't universally accepted.

Is there anything we should pack that we won't find locally?

Most items are available locally in Bali. If anyone has a specific skincare or supplement brand they rely on, it's worth packing that from home.

What if we need support once we're there?

The Ultimate Bali Escapes team are always available to support your group during your stay, from your first yoga session to your last spa booking.

What's the cancellation policy?

Each villa maintains its own specific terms and conditions, and we provide these details at the time of booking.
