Programming

As structured or as unstructured as you want

Some groups want a full daily programme, others want a villa, a chef and total silence. Three frameworks come up most often, use one as a starting point.

3 Day

Recharge

Minimal itinerary: daily movement, one spa ritual each, and open pool days. Built for people who mostly want to be left alone in a beautiful place.

4 Day

Fitness & Fun

A more active framework: HIIT or personal training sessions, plus beach club days and cultural excursions between the rest days.

5 Day

Wellness

The full programme: daily yoga and meditation, sound healing or breathwork, spa treatments and a Balinese blessing ceremony across the stay.

These are example frameworks, not fixed packages. Every retreat is rebuilt around your group's actual dates and pace.

Frequently asked questions

The practical detail, answered up front. Source: ultimatebaliescapes.com FAQs — anything trip-specific, ask Stacy's team directly.

When's the best season for a quiet retreat?

Low to mid season (outside school holidays, Chinese New Year and Christmas/New Year) tends to be quieter. High season covers Easter and July to September, peak season is the Christmas/New Year period.

Are there any fees for planning the retreat?

None. We're paid by our partners, not our customers, which means we have access to the best rates and offers.

How do we pay?

Bank transfers in AUD or USD are accepted. Credit card payments via Visa or Mastercard incur an additional 2% fee.

Should we take out travel insurance?

Yes, we strongly recommend making sure you have the appropriate insurance in place before travelling to Bali, especially with spa and wellness bookings involved.

What should we pack that we won't find locally?

Most items are available locally in Bali. If you rely on a specific skincare, supplement or wellness product, it's worth bringing it from home.

What if we need help mid-retreat?

The Ultimate Bali Escapes team are always available to support you during your stay.

What's the cancellation policy?

Each villa maintains its own specific terms and conditions, provided at the time of booking.

Do we need a visa to travel to Bali?

Yes, all visitors require a visa to enter and holiday in Bali. A Visa on Arrival costs 500,000 IDR and is valid for 30 days, with a passport valid for at least six months.

No planning stress. No back-and-forth.

Tell us your dates and group size, and we'll shape a retreat around deep rest.
