Is there a minimum night stay for a hens booking?
Yes, generally there is a minimum night stay for our villas. Typically it's two nights in low to mid season, five nights in high season, and five to seven nights in peak season.
Do you charge a fee to plan the hens weekend?
None. We're paid by our partners, not our customers, which means we have access to the best rates and offers.
Can we throw a party at the villa?
Parties require owner permission and may need a security deposit. Let us know at booking, since some areas have noise restrictions, and we'll match you to a villa suited to a celebration.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Normally our villas' check-in time is 12pm and check-out time is 2pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on villa availability.
How does the group pay?
Bank transfers in AUD or USD are accepted. Credit card payments via Visa or Mastercard incur an additional 2% fee.
What's the cancellation policy?
Each villa maintains its own specific terms and conditions, provided at the time of booking, so the group knows exactly where it stands.
Should we get travel insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend making sure you have the appropriate insurance in place before travelling to Bali.
What if something needs sorting mid-weekend?
The Ultimate Bali Escapes team are always available to support you during your stay, so if the plan changes, there's a real person to message.
