Under 15 guests, a single large-group villa (8–12 bedrooms) usually works. Past that, we match your group across a multi-villa compound within walking distance, so the group stays together without cramming into one property.
A single point of contact
Every group booking gets a dedicated on-ground contact who coordinates the villa, transfers and daily logistics, so questions go to one person instead of bouncing around the group.
Families in the mix
Strict capacity rules keep every villa safe and comfortable, and we arrange cots, high chairs, car seats and optional pool fencing so families aren't the afterthought in a group booking.
Getting everyone there together
Group airport transfers are arranged so your whole party lands, clears customs and arrives at the villa without splitting into separate taxis and separate stress.

Is there a minimum night stay for a large group villa?
Yes, generally there is a minimum night stay for our villas. Typically it's two nights in low to mid season, five nights in high season, and five to seven nights in peak season.
Do you charge a fee to coordinate our group booking?
None. We're paid by our partners, not our customers, which means we have access to the best rates and offers while your booking stays fee-free.
How do we pay for a group villa?
Bank transfers in AUD or USD are accepted. Credit card payments via Visa or Mastercard incur an additional 2% fee.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Normally our villas' check-in time is 12pm and check-out time is 2pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability, sometimes with an additional fee.
Can you arrange airport transfers for the whole group?
Yes. We can arrange a private driver to collect your group when you arrive, and some villa bookings already include transfers. Additional transport can be arranged throughout your stay.
Do the villas suit families travelling with young kids?
Yes. All villas enforce strict capacity rules, and additional beds may be available for an extra charge. Baby port-a-cots are provided free upon request, and we can arrange car seats and high chairs.
What's the cancellation policy?
Each villa maintains its own specific terms and conditions, and we provide these details at the time of booking so your group knows exactly where it stands.
What happens if something comes up once we're in Bali?
